DESCRIPTION:Join in the fun and support the Kinmount & District Health Centre! \nAsk for sponsors ahead of time\,  or make a donation on the day of Journey when you register with our volunteers in the picnic shelter at Austin Heritage Sawmill Park. \nBring your family\, friends and neighbours and enjoy walking\, jogging\, or biking together on the beautiful Rail Trail from the park to the bridge south of Kinmount. \nThe entire Journey is approximately 6.8 km\, round trip\, but\, of course\, you may turn back at any time. Walking at a leisurely pace usually means the Journey will take from \n1 1/2 to 2 hours. Many participants like to enjoy the view from the bridge for a while before heading back to the park. \nMore information to come!
